ALCE Pittogramma nuovo 2025

Yes, it really happened on November 9th, but… back in 1970 😊!

On the exact day of its 55th anniversary, ALCE gave itself a special gift: it unveiled and shared on social media its new logo — a “warmer and more human” pictogram, an ideal fusion of its historic corporate values and the #innovation it aims to accelerate.

Customized tones and strokes incorporate rounded, organic shapes that speak of #inclusion. A symbol that blends organization and harmony: the “A”, representing Alberto Centi, founder and the name behind the acronym ALCE, is the central and organizing element that connects three balanced components within a coherent system.

Words from Fulvio Cavazzini (CEO and Owner):

“A pictogram that reflects humanity and the warmth we bring to the field every day — a strong yet gentle mark, from those who know where they’re going and are ready to write a new chapter in our 55-year history. It’s a symbol that speaks of relationships, people, structure, and an integrated vision.”

Why this new logo and what it represents

Like the rest of the market, ALCE is evolving deeply, and this pictogram was conceived, designed, and created to reflect these changes.
We could have designed one that completely detached from previous versions, and indeed, some of the drafts did so. However, we are proud to be a company that believes in its roots and origins — keeping them alive allows us to give proper value to everything new that emerges. That’s why we chose to create a logo in full coherence with our history.

The letter “A”, the origin of the logo, is the core of the entire pictogram — strong, architectural, and the initial of the founder’s name, Alberto Centi, in 1970. It has been purposefully designed to keep pace with modern times: its geometries and slanted lines embody our dynamism and modernity. The design goes beyond a mere initial — it’s a symbol of balance and connection.

We chose not to assign a single symbolic meaning to the three circles, leaving room for individual interpretation. They represent our continuous pursuit of innovation, continuous improvement, and the ability to adapt to context. Originally, they symbolized the main materials we use — wood, glass, and polymers — but they can also represent our key strengths: experience, commitment to quality, and customization through attentive listening and dialogue.

Alternatively, they can symbolize People, Training, Team, or even Client, Company, and Product — as well as broader concepts such as Innovation, Tradition, and Sustainability.
The alignment of the three circles is deliberate: whatever they represent, they remain in perfect balance.

The intersection between one leg of the “A” and one of the circles symbolizes the strong connection among these concepts within ALCE, as well as the guidance and interaction that unite them in our ecosystem.

Finally, the outer circle creates a sense of unity and completeness — not as a closure, but as an allusion to globality, circular vision, and a coherent ecosystem.

Altogether, every element of the pictogram is interconnected — they intersect, touch, and support one another, emphasizing an integrated vision, open to both internal and external factors, symbolizing the relationship between people, elements, and a solid, healthy, and flourishing structure.

“It’s a pictogram that speaks of relationships, people, structure, and an integrated vision.”
